The Diversified Integrated Vocational Educational Foundation (DIVEF) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through educational, vocational, and humanitarian programs. We support vulnerable populations—including women and children—by promoting child protection, responding to gender-based violence, and providing opportunities to develop skills, build self-reliance, and access personal growth, career readiness, and community engagement, fostering resilience and sustainable livelihoods.

Patrick V. Suomie
Founder/Advisor
Patrick V. Suomie is a retired U.S. Army veteran and a results-driven professional with a strong background in information technology and law enforcement. He is highly skilled in enhancing operational effectiveness, strengthening technology systems, and ensuring organizational and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated consistent leadership in managing teams and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary environments. His extensive military and law enforcement experience has shaped his strong analytical abilities and his disciplined, mission-focused approach. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in Cybersecurity Management and Organizational Leadership from Columbus State University.
